Ingredients:

  • 3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)
  • 2 cup pumpkin (1 15 oz. can)

Directions:

  1. Blend dry ingredients together, add beaten eggs, corn oil and pumpkin. Beat in mixer until well mixed. Grease and flour 3 – 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 loaf pans and portion evenly. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
