Ingredients:

  • 2 cup. flour
  • 2 cup. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup. pumpkin
  • 1 stick and 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cup. powdered sugar
  • mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients and set aside.
  2. Mix wet ingredients.
  3. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add liquid mixture. Beat well.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Spread with cream cheese frosting when cool.
