Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs and melted butter. Combine dry ingredients and add to the pumpkin mixture. Fold in buttermilk.
  2. Pour into pam sprayed 11 x 17 cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 325º for 25-30 minutes or until tested done. Cool, then frost.
  4. For the frosting:.
  5. 3 ozs cream cheese.
  6. 1/4 cup butter, softened.
  7. 1/2 tsp almond flavoring.
  8. 1/2 Tbsp milk.
  9. 2 cups powdered sugar.
  10. Beat with mixer until smooth & creamy.
  11. Frost cooled cake and refrigerate.
