Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet.
  2. Add onion and italian seasoning.
  3. Cook and stir 2 minutes.
  4. Add water.
  5. Reduce to low, cover and cook 5 minutes until onion is tender.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in olives and parmesan.
  7. Arrange 2 to 3 spinach leaves on bottom half of each roll.
  8. Spoon half the onion mixture onto each, top with cheese slices and tomato slices.
  9. Top with spinach leaves and top half of roll.
  10. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until ready to eat.
