Ingredients:

  • 300 ml skim milk

Directions:

  1. Follow this sequence to ensure shake does not have too much froth.
  2. Measure milk and pour into a blender.
  3. Chop banana and place in blender.
  4. Whiz blender till banana has been fully blended (approx 30 secs).
  5. NOW ADD the (non flavoured) protein powder, and blend for just 4-5 seconds.
