Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4 oz butter

Directions:

  1. Take 2 pieces of chicken fillet & pound them slightly.
  2. Then salt & pepper fillets.
  3. Soak in raw eggs beaten with milk for 15-20 minutes
  4. Roll in dried bread-crumbs.
  5. Brown in butter on both sides until done.
