Powdered Sugar Cinnamon Spiced Butter for Toast/Bagels/ Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 -2 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl add butter, sugar, cinnamon and evaporated milk. Stir.
  2. Add salt and water. Mix.
  3. Add variations if desired.
  4. Variations: Use Splenda instead powdered sugar, use cinnamon and nutmeg together. If there is any left, refrigerate.
