Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut up the chicken into serving pieces- thighs, wings,drumsticks etc.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff.
  3. Fold the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard into the whipped cream.
  4. Dip the chicken pieces into the whipped cream making sure each piece is completely covered.
  5. Place coated chicken pieces in a single layer in a baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350*F for 20 minutes or until the coating is tacky .
