Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes in jackets until tender. Peel. Shred into large bowl. Stir in sour cream, 1 cup cheese, onion, salt, pepper & milk. Turn into 2 quart buttered casserole & top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover & refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, 350 for 30-40 min.
