Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine potatoes, onion and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Add boiling water.
  3. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
  4. Do not drain.
  5. Mash potatoes with a fork.
  6. Add milk, pepper and celery.
  7. More milk may be added if soup is too thick.
  8. Serve hot.
