  1. Boil the potatoes until tender about 40 min. Drain and let cool. Boil the eggs when water starts to boil cook 10 min. Drain and run cold water over the eggs let cool. Chop up celery put in small bowl. Chop up onion put in small bowl. Get large bowl take cooled potatoes peel than chop in small cubes put in bowl. Take the eggs peel then chop eggs add to potatoes. Add onion and celery and mayo. Salt and pepper to taste
