Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 2 oz dill cubes or relish if cubes not available
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 2 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes and cube 3/4 inch square
  2. Add salt to water bring to boil add potatoes cook 15 min or until done remove from water
  3. Chop onion and eggs
  4. Combine all ingredients stirring as little as possible
