Ingredients:

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 to 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook eggs and potatoes
  2. While they cool mix together remaining ingredients
  3. Add potatoes and eggs while still warm
  4. Refrigerate immediately
