Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Press thawed hashbrowns between paper towels to remove excess moisture
  3. Fit hash browns into a 10 ich pie plate forming a solid crust
  4. Brush the potato crust with the melted butter being sure to butter the top edges
  5. Bake the crust for 25 minutes
  6. Remove crust from oven and reduce oven tempeture to 350 degrees
  7. Sprinkle the cheeses, and ham evenly over the crust
  8. Beat the half and half , eggs, and the seasoning salt together
  9. Pour over the cheese, ham and crust
  10. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
