Potato Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*. Cream together margarine, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Gradually add flour, beating after each addition. Add chips and walnuts. Form into 1 balls. Flatten each ball with a fork. Bake at 350* for 9-12 minutes.
  2. Note: Yield is a guess.
