My Mom's Potato Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3-1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla, then slowly blend in flour and potato chips.
  3. Drop dough by well rounded teaspoons onto and UNGREASED cookie sheet, flatten slightly with a fork
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until just barely browned.
  5. Cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
