Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Begin making spanish rice according to directions.
  2. Slice clove(s) of garlic.
  3. Heat oil in small frying pan.
  4. Slice linguica sausage into half moons.
  5. Place garlic in frying pan, and cook until slightly toasted.
  6. Place linguica in pan and fry until browned.
  7. Drain the cans of tomatoes and olives.
  8. When spanish rice is done, add the tomatoes, olives, and sausage.
  9. This is good served with fresh bread.
