Portuguese Bean and Garlic Omelet

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in oil for 7 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and ham and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add beans,salt,pepper,and cilantro.
  4. Saute 5 minutes.
  5. Beat eggs and pour into pan.
  6. Cover and simmer 7 minutes or 'til top sets.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve.
