Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a Dutch Oven or large pan brown pork in oil on all sides.
  2. Add onions and apple and cook until tender.
  3. Mix together flour, curry powder, S&P and add to pork mixture. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add beef broth, tomatoes, raisins and brown sugar.
  5. Stir scraping up the brown bits.
  6. Cover and simmer for approximately 1 1/4 hours.
  7. If the liquid seems to be reducing too much add more broth.
  8. Adjust seasonings and serve over hot cooked rice.
