Pork Chops Parmesan

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Dip chops in 1/3 cup evaporated milk, then roll in mixture of 2 T. cheese, flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Put into pan and bake uncovered 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, mix 1/3 cup evaporated milk and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour tomato sauce arund pork chops after taking from oven, and put cheese and milk mixture over them.
  7. Return to oven for 20 to 25 minutes longer until meat is tender and cooked through.
