Directions:

  1. Sprinkle chops with italian seasoning and pepper.
  2. Arrange in center of greased 13x9 pan.
  3. Layer potatoes, onions, butter, flour and green pepper around the chops.
  4. Cover and bake at 325* for 45 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake for 20 more minutes.
