Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp cold water

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place pork chops on a non-stick bake pan, set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir all ingredients until well mixed. Spread over each pork chop.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 75 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice.
