Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in non-stick sauté pan on medium-high setting.
  2. Add pork and sauté until done.
  3. Remove pork and set aside.
  4. Into the same pan add coleslaw mix, carrots, mushrooms, onion, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and lime-flavored water.
  5. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to pan with tomatoes and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Stir frequently until liquid thickens.
  8. Spoon resulting mixture into a casserole dish, sprinkle with cilantro and serve hot.
