Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can tomato soup (can double if needed)

Directions:

  1. Combine all but soup and water and form balls 1-1 1/2 inch thick. Mix soup and water in pressure cooker. Drop meat balls in pan, set controls at 10. Cook 10 minutes after control jiggles. Cool pan 5 minutes and release pressure under cool water.
