  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into two greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  5. Cool on wire rack before slicing and serving.
