Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken until no longer pink inside. Cook rice in rice cooker. Cut into bite size pieces and set aside. Mix chicken with soups and sour cream. Put in medium size casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with butter and poppy seeds. Add to the top of the dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered. Serve on top of rice.
