Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. In a blender, pour in milk.
  2. Add dry ingredients.
  3. If desired, add herbs (I like Italian blend).
  4. Blend until just smooth.
  5. In 6 ramekins that have been sprayed with cooking spray, pour in mixture.
  6. Bake at 450F for 20 minutes, then reduce heat and bake at 350F for up to 20 minutes longer, until deep golden brown. Serve immediately.
