Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plum
  • 1 cup apricot
  • 1/2 cup pimiento
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup applesauce

Directions:

  1. Peel and pit plums and apricots.
  2. Chop pimento.
  3. Combine in a saucepan with sugar, vinegar and apple sauce.
  4. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring, then simmer, covered for one hour.
  5. Pour into jars while still warm, cap tightly.
  6. Store in a cool dark place for at least 1 month before using.
