Directions:

  1. In processor pulse plums, onion, garlic and ginger until finely chopped.
  2. Put into a saucepan.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, heat to boiling.
  4. Lower heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally until thickened, about 30 minutes.
  5. Cool and refrigerate.
