Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 cup parsley

Directions:

  1. Grease a 9 inch pie pan.
  2. Mix the first six ingredients together, like you are making a meatloaf.
  3. Press meat mixture into pie pan.
  4. Combine tomato paste, olive oil and oregano.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Spoon over meat mixture.
  7. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
