Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs slightly.
  2. Add to separated tuna chunks or other meat cut into chunks.
  3. Add mushrooms and parsley.
  4. Place mixture it bottom of greased 9 inch pie pan.
  5. Top with tomato slices.
  6. Cut cheese slices into triangles and arrange over tomatoes.
  7. Frost with mashed potatoes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  10. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and cheese melts.
  11. Cut it wedges and serve immediately.
