Directions:

  1. Saute raw noodles until golden. You may wish to use
  2. Much less oil if desired. Add rice and saute with raw
  3. Noodles for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Combine
  4. And add remaining ingredients except parsley and
  5. Raisins and add to rice and noodles.Bring to a boil
  6. And cover and simmer 20 minutes or tender and liquids
  7. Absorbed. Add parsley and raisins and fluff with a
  8. Fork. Season to taste.
