Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain pineapple in a non reactive bowl. (I use glass).
  2. Add all ingredients except the dressing, toss well.
  3. Add the poppyseed salad dressing and mix well.
  4. Cover the bowl and place into the refrigerator overnight to blend the flavors together.
  5. This salsa is particularly good on baked or grilled fish and chicken.
