Pineapple- Lime Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain pineapple reserving juice and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl stir in gelatin and boiling for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in pineapple juice.
  4. Stir in cream cheese until blended.
  5. Stir in pineapple and celery until combined.
  6. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish.
  7. Top with pecans and chill 3 hours.
