Pineapple Filling/Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 10 slices stale bread, cubed
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (2 1/2 cups)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar margarine or butter, salt and eggs.
  2. Stir in pineapple and fold in bread.
  3. Pour in greased casserole.
  4. Bake, uncovered at 350°F for 45 minutes or until crispy.
