Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs until light and lemon colored. Gradually add 1 2/3 c sugar (remaining is used in the topping), beating until combined. Stir in butter, flour, salt and extract.
  2. Spread in greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Sprinkle with almonds and remaining sugar. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
