Pineapple Bread Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 pieces stale bread, cubed
  • 1 (16 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Beat margarine and sugar.
  2. Add eggs.
  3. Mix in pineapple.
  4. Fold in bread cubes.
  5. Pour into a well buttered baking or casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 375 deg. F. for 45min.
  7. Check with toothpick or cake tester in center it should come out clean.
