Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Cream together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat well.
  2. Add sifter flour, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, orange rind and juice. Mix well. Chill.
  3. Shape into 1” balls. Roll in nuts. Bake 325 degrees for about 20 minutes.
