Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Great loaf pan well.
  3. Place flour in bowl then rub in butter and stir in cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Stir in pecans, raisins and apples.
  5. Add grated lime rind, eggs and juice.
  6. Beat well until thoroughly combined.
  7. Spoon mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake at 350 for 1-1/4 hours.
  9. Turn out and cool on wire rack.
