Pineapple Angel Food Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) box angel food cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz) container light whipped topping

Directions:

  1. Lightly spray a 13x9-inch pan and use a paper towel to wipe.
  2. Mix cake mix and pineapple in a glass or metal bowl on low speed until moistened.
  3. Bake cake at 350° until center of cake springs back.
  4. Cool.
  5. Cover top of cake with whipped topping and sprinkle on coconut.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers.
