Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, add oil and garlic cook until golden brown.
  2. Add frozen peas and carrot, cook until acess water.
  3. Add egg, cook until it little hard and crispy. Make a little spot in middle of the skillet, add shimp and cook until pink.
  4. Add rice and light soy sauce, fish sauce, green onion, msg and pinapple, stir to mix.
  5. Arrange on serving plate or in a fresh pinapple boat. ENJOY !!
