Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) box pineapple cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into 2 loaf pans.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
