Ingredients:

  • 16 cups beef broth
  • 2 oz ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp anise
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lb sirloin
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 cup fresh mint

Directions:

  1. Add Broth, onions, ginger, cinnamon, anise, pepper, and garlic. Boil and simmer for 1 hour. Soak rice noodles in hot water for 15 minutes (do not boil). Add noodles, beef ad broth to soup bowls. Add garnishes
