  1. Preheat oven to 175(small toaster oven works best but regular is OK too).
  2. Heat flatbread for 1 minute or until warm.
  3. Spread pesto on pita/flatbread and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Heat for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly goldened.
