Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 400°F
  2. Spread 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons pesto sauce on each pita.
  3. Divide spinach equally amongst all three pitas.
  4. Top each pita with 2 ounces of chunked gorgonzola.
  5. Bake 10 minutes.
