Peri Peri Chicken With Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp chilli powd
  • 1 tblspn peri peri sauce
  • 2 tblspn lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tblspn french dressing
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric powd
  • 1 tsp bbq spice
  • 1 tblspn periperi oil
  • 1 tblspn chicken spice
  • 1 tblspn mayo

Directions:

  1. Prick potatoes with fork
  2. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 min
  3. Filling:cook all ingred except mayo and coriander on slow heat til tender
  4. Lastly add mayo and coriander
  5. Cut potatoes across,press lighlty
  6. Lay filling
  7. Serve while hot
