  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Beat together the peanut butter and banana until smooth with electric beaters.
  3. Beat in the soy milk, vanilla, water, cornstarch, flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  4. Fold in the peanuts.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes until browned. Chill before slicing.
