Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In small mixing bowl, combine egg, flour, and milk, to form thin batter.
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil in non-stick skillet. Pour enough batter to form small pancake (you should get 24 dollar-size pancakes). Repeat.
  3. Cook until all of the batter is gone.
  4. Place pancakes on serving plate and keep warm.
  5. Place all berries and water in non stick skillet, stir gently, cook until they are warm. Serve on top of pancakes.
