Ingredients:

  • 2 1/3 cup. of flour
  • 1 cup. of cornmeal
  • 4 1/2 tsp. of baking powder
  • 2/3 cup. of butter, softened
  • 1 cup. of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cup. of skim milk
  • 1 tsp. of salt

Directions:

  1. First you want to mix together the butter and sugar.
  2. Now add the eggs and milk.
  3. Then you can add in the dry ingredients.
  4. Now grease a 13X9 dish.
  5. Bake this in a 400 degree oven approx. 22-27 min(toothpick should come out clean.
  6. Serve.
