Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp lemons , zest of
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients.
  3. Pour into a 9 by 13 inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 min until set.
  5. Let cool.
